This is the most important safety information in your care program. Please read carefully.

Not all symptoms during GLP-1 treatment are expected or manageable at home. Some require immediate emergency care; others require prompt contact with your care team.

🚨 SEEK EMERGENCY CARE IMMEDIATELY (Call 911 or go to the ER) for:

- Severe abdominal pain that is persistent, not improving, or radiates to your back

  • Persistent vomiting that prevents keeping any fluids down for several hours
  • Severe dehydration signs: Extreme dizziness, weakness, fainting, very dark urine, inability to urinate for 8+ hours
  • Chest pain or difficulty breathing
  • Severe allergic reaction: Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat; difficulty swallowing; rash with difficulty breathing
  • Sudden vision changes
  • Pancreatitis symptoms: Severe upper abdominal pain radiating to the back, with nausea and vomiting
  • High fever combined with severe abdominal symptoms
  • Suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges: Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911
